In celebration of the 4th Winter Youth Olympics held in Gangwon Province, South Korea, the 2024 K-Culture Festival, in collaboration with the Korea Tourism Organization, Gangwon Province, and DOSI, is hosting a Free Ticket Airdrop Event for digital tickets.

The 2024 K-Culture Festival will be held alongside the 2024 Winter Youth Olympics in Gangwon Province, South Korea. The Winter Youth Olympics are scheduled to take place from January 19 to February 1 in various locations across Gangwon Province, including Pyeongchang, Gangneung, Jeongseon, and Hoengseong.
